Credit, Debit, and Check Cards

Whether you order via Computer Gallery’s website or order by telephone, you may pay by credit, debit, or check card. When you provide Computer Gallery with your card information, Computer Gallery will obtain a pre-approval from the card company for the amount of the order, which may result in a corresponding block on your available credit while the pre-approval remains in place.

Computer Gallery accepts PayPal, Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover cards. Computer Gallery is unable to accept credit, debit, or check cards associated with a billing address outside of the United States. Debit cards and check cards may have daily spending limits that could delay the processing of your order substantially.

Computer Gallery requires the credit, debit, or check card security code for your card for any telephone or website purchase to protect against the unauthorized use of your credit card by other persons. The security code is an individual three-digit or four-digit number specific to your card that may be printed on the face of your card above the embossed account number (if American Express), or on the back of your card, on the signature panel (if Visa, MasterCard or Discover).

Cashier's Check or Money Order

Computer Gallery accepts cashier's checks and money orders as valid forms of payment. Personal or business checks are not accepted. If you wish to pay by cashier's check or money order, you may order by phone at 888-883-6890.  The cashier's check or money order must be payable to Computer Gallery and include your Order Number. Please mail your payment and a copy of your Order Acknowledgment email to:

Computer Gallery must receive your payment within 10 calendar days or Computer Gallery will cancel your order. Please allow one business day for order processing after Computer Gallery receives your payment.

Wire Transfer

Computer Gallery accepts bank wire transfers as a valid form of payment. If you would like to use a wire transfer to pay for your order, please follow these steps:
• Contact Computer Gallery at 888-883-6890 and place your order by phone.
• Obtain the final dollar total of your order including tax and any applicable shipping charges from a Computer Gallery representative.
• Computer Gallery will provide the information required for your wire.

Sales Tax

For purchases and shipments within the state of New York, Computer Gallery will collect and remit the applicable sales tax for your local tax jurisdiction based on your shipping address.  If you phone in your order, Computer Gallery will provide an estimated dollar total for your order including tax and any applicable shipping charges at the time you place your order. If your applicable sales tax rate is changed by your local jurisdiction prior to your order being shipped, the rate in effect at the time your order is invoiced will apply. The proof of purchase that Computer Gallery includes with your order will include any applicable sales tax.

Tax Exempt Orders

If you place your order on behalf of a tax-exempt organization, or if you are a reseller with a qualifying resale certificate, please call Computer Gallery Sales Support at 888-883-6890 to place your order. Be prepared to provide proof of your tax-exempt status from the state where the product is being shipped. The organization or individual name on the order must exactly match the state tax-exempt certificate. Computer Gallery does not accept federal tax exemption certificates.
